What is your fee? Do you take a percentage of my rent?

No catch.

 

We don’t take a cut of your rent. Guests pay a premium for short-term stays, and we only keep the amount above your guaranteed rent.

How will you guarantee the rent?

We sign the lease as a corporate tenant and personally guarantee your rent. Your payment is our priority because our success depends on keeping you happy. Our goal? To be the last tenant you’ll ever need.

How long are your guests staying?

Guests typically stay 5 days to several months, with many being remote workers or contractors who book 2-3 month stays. Exact durations vary based on seasonality and guest needs.

How do you know who comes in and out of the building?

Safety is our top priority. With your approval, we'll install an exterior Wi-Fi security camera (positioned for privacy compliance) to monitor guest arrivals and ensure no unauthorized visitors enter the property.

How do you screen guests and what is your criteria?

We vet every guest through verified background checks and ID verification before approving any stay. Each booking request is personally reviewed, including the guest's purpose for travel, to ensure suitability.

 

Maintaining a safe, professional environment is our top priority - our business reputation depends on it.

Do you market on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.?

We utilize industry leading platforms for marketing to our customers through premier booking platforms including Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Booking.com, and specialized networks for travel nurses and corporate housing. These online travel agencies (OTAs) serve as our booking channels while we handle all operations. We specifically target high-quality tenant demographics including corporate travelers, healthcare professionals, business contractors, and leisure guests - all carefully screened through our secure vetting process to ensure reliability and protect your property.

How do you ensure there are no parties? What if a party occurs?

We take property care seriously—it’s core to our business success. Damages or disruptions mean costly downtime, lost revenue, and reputational harm on booking platforms. That’s why we enforce strict no-party policies and maintain units to the highest standards.

Every property is equipped with noise monitoring technology. If decibel levels exceed reasonable thresholds, our team is alerted and will promptly address the situation, including removing disruptive guests if necessary. Rest assured, any required repairs or maintenance will be handled by us.

Thankfully, such incidents are exceptionally rare. Our vetting process and clear house rules ensure most guests respect the property as their own.
